Haarlem, Sept. 5, 2023 - Digital health platform Quli will become part of Health Cloud Initiative (HCI). Besides Uw Zorg Online, which joined forces with HCI in June 2023, Quli BV (Quli) is the second company within HCI that focuses on supporting users together with healthcare professionals and loved ones.
Quli is a digital health platform that also includes a personal health environment (PBU) that supports users in the area of personal health and care. Quli offers functionalities that allow users to gain appropriate autonomy and maintain control over their own care processes. Users have access to their care data via Quli and can share it with loved ones and care providers. Cooperating organizations can provide their target groups with convenient additional (portal) functionalities and communication facilities. With the move to HCI, Quli wants to continue to innovate its products and services and make them available to a broader user group with the aim of further strengthening its market position.
HCI is a fast-growing provider of B2C digital health platforms and B2B healthcare provider software for a wide range of disciplines. The transaction is part of a buy-and-build strategy backed by investor Vortex Capital Partners. HCI's ambition is to work with healthcare practitioners to improve healthcare in the Netherlands. HCI aims to redefine and optimize support and preventive care. HCI's solutions aim to address significant challenges within the healthcare sector, including increasing administrative burdens, labor market tightness, financial issues and technological developments.

HCI has sales of 20 million euros and a reach of over three million people. More than 30,000 healthcare providers work with Health Cloud Initiative software.
