Our mission is to improve healthcare in the Netherlands. We do this, among other things, with smart software that supports healthcare providers and helps them to provide better care. But we also offer care-relieving services such as the reception service and integrated eHealth so that the patient gets all the attention he needs. Today, caregivers often spend too much time on peripheral issues such as administration and phone calls. We believe that caregivers should provide care. That they can spend all the time they have on helping their patients. That makes caregivers happy and patients better.

Health Cloud Initiative's solutions allow you to spend more time and attention on your patients. When developing our software and services, we took that as our starting point. Health Cloud Initiative is a Dutch company that develops software and services for healthcare professionals. Our mission is to improve healthcare in the Netherlands. We literally mean it that way. We want every healthcare professional to be able to spend all their time helping the patient. When developing our software, for every little feature we add we ask ourselves: does this help the healthcare professional, does it save them time? We take that question seriously and it is almost in the DNA of all our employees from the front desk to the hardcore software developer.
What we do
We focus primarily on the Dutch healthcare market and offer solutions that fit this market. If you have a question about our software or other service, you can contact our Dutch helpdesk. That's easy. Our team members often come from the healthcare sector themselves. And not only from the technical departments of healthcare institutions. No, we employ several people who have been on the front lines of healthcare themselves. This practical approach helps us come up with solutions that fit the healthcare sector and actually help.
We also serve GGZ customers in Belgium. We do this through our partner with its own sales team and Supportdesk in Flanders. If you want to know more check out Innopsy.

eHealth
eHealth is about digital applications in healthcare: the use of information and communication technology to support or improve health and healthcare. This allows patients and doctors to make diagnoses, communicate results and exchange information via computer.
BI Focus
Business Intelligence (BI Focus). A lot of data is captured in healthcare, but still too little is done with it. We help you by creating more insight your healthcare enterprise.
Reception Service
Some things cannot be converted into software. For this we will develop specialized services for our customers. A reception service is one example. Suitable for practices without their own reception desk. HCI takes care of answering the phone, schedules appointments and relieves the practice.
