Then you'll be right at home with us. You handle a wide variety of questions by phone and e-mail. With all your flair you explain to our customers how they can use our software more efficiently, but you are also open to customer input.

What does it encounter while using Incura, Abakus or Edevop? You take responsibility for solving problems yourself, and if necessary you link up with the right people within our company.

Our company is located in a modern office building on the beautiful Spaarne in Haarlem. Easily accessible by bicycle, car and public transport. With all the space you need to work safely in your own workplace.

In our office, you can choose to work sitting, standing or on a stationary bike. And with a super deluxe coffee machine, you start each day with a delicious cup of fresh coffee or tea.

Working from home is a possibility, and we provide the right supplies so that your workplace there is also completely in order.

What do we expect from you?

It gives you a thrill to provide the very best service to a customer. You enjoy working in a team, are open to your colleagues, are patient and can handle feedback well. You also meet the following requirements:

  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
  • minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • affinity with ICT and healthcare
  • Experienced in working with Word and Excel
  • good command of the Dutch language
  • open attitude, communicative and flexible
